How do I view token usage details in Generative Designer?

You can review token consumption details from the GenAI Token Usage page to understand how AI is being used in the CRM.
Follow these steps to review token usage details:

1. Log in to the CRM.
2. Click the main Menu.
3. Go to Platform.
4. Select Generative AI Designer. The Generative AI Designer page opens.
5. Click GenAI Token Usage. The GenAI Token Usage page opens.
6. Use the Search Bar to find a specific prompt or request, if required.
7. View the following details for each request:
   1. Prompt – Displays the AI prompt or request used.
   2. Requested By – Displays the user who initiated the request.
   3. Requested On – Displays the date and time when the request was made.
   4. Tokens Used – Displays the number of tokens consumed for the request.
   5. Type – Displays the category of AI request.
8. Click a specific Prompt entry to open the detailed token usage record
