Follow these steps to export an Agent:

Log in to the CRM.
Go to the main Menu.
Go to Platform.
Select Generative AI Designer. The Generative AI Designer page opens.
Click on the GenAI Setup tab.
Select the Agent you want to export.
Click the Export option.

Exported agent data is saved in JSON format.
