Can GPT models learn about my organization and my business?

Table of Contents
GPT models are built to ‘crawl’ all pages publicly available on the internet for information. If the information about your company is publicly available (website, articles, blogs, help documentation, forums, social media, etc.) and 3rd party websites, it will learn from it.

You can also fine-tune GPT models by feeding information specific to your company, products, and services. This will help the GPT model learn about your offerings and create responses based on that information.
For example, Chat GPT doesn't have access to your company data. It might not know enough about your company to provide the pitch, but it might help you create the correct pitch with your input.

Note: Vtiger offers professional services to help build fine-tuned models based on your data.
