What do I find when I select the Best Time to Contact icon feature in Vtiger CRM?

If a Contact has a predicted time, it will be displayed directly (for example, “Today 10:30 PM”). When you click the displayed time, you’ll see a drop-down list of suggested time slots.
A green line above each time represents the maximum and minimum probability of successfully reaching the contact. If the Contact has no recorded interactions, only the Best Time to Contact button will be visible, without any suggested times.
